bdtk Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between the bdtk platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and every member who uses its services ("you", "user"). By using the bdtk website or any of its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "bdtk" — refers to this platform and its operating entity.
• "Account" — your personal gaming account registered on the platform.
• "Services" — bdtk's website, games, sports betting, live casino, and all related activities.
• "Bonus" — any promotional offer or credit provided by the platform.
• "Currency" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Real-money play" — any bet or game conducted with actual money.
• "Restricted region" — any country or area where online gaming is legally prohibited.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on bdtk, you must be at least 21 years old. Only individuals aged 21 or above are eligible to participate in real-money games. bdtk may request identity documents for age verification at any time and reserves the right to restrict an account until verification is complete.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is allowed per person, household, or IP address. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and any bonuses or winnings being forfeited.

2.3 Registration Details

When opening an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with false or misleading information may result in the account being immediately suspended or closed.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify bdtk support immediately.

3.1 Deposit Terms

Supported payment methods for depositing funds on bdtk are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposits must be sent from your own account only — use of third-party accounts or borrowed funds is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not complete or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

Withdrawal funds will be returned only to the same method used for the deposit. Transfers to accounts with different ownership are not possible.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on bdtk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more still gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, resulting in a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are valid only for designated games or sections.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• bdtk reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion without notice.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the relevant account's bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
• If wagering requirements are not met within a specified period, the bonus balance may be cancelled.

bdtk's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

By playing regularly and staying active, you can progress to higher tiers step by step. VIP cashback is automatically credited to your account every week. Terms may also apply to cashback amounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and violations will result in immediate account closure:

• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Collaborative betting or arbitrage with the intent to exploit the bonus system or promotions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to operate games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Depositing with credit cards or borrowed funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Assisting a minor in using the services.

7.1 Game Results

All game results on bdtk are determined through verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are completely impartial and not predetermined. Third-party audited software is used to ensure fair play.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a game result or financial transaction, contact us immediately at [email protected] or via live chat. All claims will be resolved after a proper investigation. bdtk's decision will be considered final unless a clear technical error is proven.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a lost internet connection or software error, the result is generally determined based on the state of that round at the time. bdtk is not liable for technical issues beyond its control.

bdtk believes in responsible gaming. Gaming should be an entertainment activity — not a source of income. We advise players to follow the guidelines below:

• Do not bet beyond your means, and set daily or weekly limits for yourself.
• Do not play in an attempt to recover money lost out of emotion.

• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

10.2 User Rights

You may request closure of your own account at any time by writing to [email protected]. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed, however any outstanding bonus balance will be cancelled.

bdtk strives to ensure the best service as a safe and reliable platform. However, bdtk is not liable for the following:

• Service disruptions caused by third-party network or software issues.
• Issues related to the user's device or internet connection.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).
• Any financial loss arising from gaming — gaming is voluntary and carries financial risk.

In any circumstance, bdtk's total liability will not exceed the total amount you deposited in the last 30 days.

All content on the bdtk platform — logos, graphics, text, software, designs, and other materials — is the intellectual property of bdtk or its licensors. Copying, modifying, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

bdtk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. A notice will be published on the site for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published means you accept the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.
